Return Policy, Refunds, Exchanges
If you aren't happy with anything you receive from us, please request a return within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of the orders delivery.
Many of the T-shirts are small runs so direct exchanges are not possible. Instead, we kindly ask you to place a new order for the different item or correct size. Please double check the size chart and compare with a garment you have before purchasing. Do not account for shrinkage with the size chart as our shirts have virtually no shrinkage.
The customer is responsible for all the return shipping costs and we will only process the refund after the item is received.
How long does shipping take?
You will receive a email confirmation and tracking number after your order is shipped. After it is in the mail we do not know anything beyond what the tracking info provides to you. Most items ship out in 3-15 business days unless the item description states differently.
My package was lost, damaged or stolen.
In the rare event your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in (or after) the shipping process, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the items. We are working with the same information you are after the package is initially shipped. Contacting the local post office or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 is the best way to get answers or recover your package.
Any package shipped back to us as "Return To Sender" for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility or from an incorrect address, will be be issued a refund for the items. Please double check your shipping address!
Do the shirts shrink?
All the shirts are 100% cotton and garment dyed. This dye process essentially shrinks the shirt as much as it is able to be shrunk. If there is any additional shrinkage, it wont be noticeable unless you're already wearing it very tight. Always double check the size charts before you place an order and don't account for an inch or two of shrinkage or your shirt will be too big!
How do I wash a shirt correctly?
Wash the shirt inside out with cool water and like colors. Hang dry or dry with lowest heat possible. Washing it how you normally do with like colors will also be ok. All screen printed T-shirts will show wear eventually, but proper care will really extend their life. Remember: inside out!
