Return policy and refunds:
If you aren't happy with anything you receive from us, just send me an email or message within 7 days of receiving it and I'll be glad to do an exchange or give you a refund depending on the case. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped. After it is in the mail we do not know anything beyond what the tracking info provides.
Most items ship in 1-3 business days. If you absolutely need an item by a certain date, send an email before ordering so we can make sure it is possible to get to you in time.
In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in the shipping process, we are not responsible for replacing the items. Feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help, but unfortunately we are working with the same information you are after the package is initially shipped. Contacting the local post office or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 is the best way to get answers or recover your package.
Any product shipped back to us as "Return To Sender" for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility or an incorrect address, will be subject to a $10 fee to cover reshipment costs.
If your package is returned to us you will be notified of said return. We will ask for the delivery address to be re-confirmed. RTS Fee must be made payable through the original payment method before item is shipped out again.
Do the shirts shrink?
All the shirts are 100% cotton so they will shrink a small amount as any shirt. To reduce shrinkage, dry on low heat or air-dry. A product specific size chart is in the description of every product for reference.
How do I wash a shirt correctly?
Wash the shirt inside out with cool water and like colors. Hang dry or dry with lowest heat possible. Washing it how you normally do with like colors will also be ok.
